The Tehsils are Cuttack, Niali, Salipur, Tangi-Chowdwar, Mahanga, Kishannagar,
Athgarh, Baramba, Narasinghpur, Tigiria, Banki, Baranga, Kantapada, Nischintakoili, Damapada. The last four are new Tehsils created in 2008.
