(BFA) is an undergraduate course with 4 years duration in disciplines like Applied Art, Art History, Painting, Print Making, Sculpture and Visual Communication. Postgraduate course, Master of Fine Arts
(MFA) which is two year in duration is also in the same disciplines (except Art History).
Art Education stalwarts such as Mr. Ramendranath Chakravarty, Padma Bhushan and Kala Samraat Prof.B.C.Sanyal, Prof.Biswanath Mukherjee, Prof.O.P.Sharma, have since its inception, headed and nurtured this prestigious institution.
