CodeGen was founded in 1999 by Mr. Harsha Subasinghe, previously a senior software engineer and project manager of a specialist IT solutions provider for the travel and tourism industry, Mr Bharat Patel previously a Managing Director within the UK travel industry for 26 years and Mr Kusal Subasinghe established solicitor based in Colombo.

CodeGen is a product based software company and it has different product at its disposal representing each key areas of interest. TravelBox, an end to end solution for travel industry is its main product.
