Mostly in the background of Unit B throughout the series, he never really was introduced as a main or even supplemental character.

. Seroy is found not guilty though as he is seen in Unit B for the remainder of the season. On the extended version of Oz's finale, "Exeunt Omnes" Seroy approaches Aryan inmate James Robson threatening to rape him. Robson however puts up no fight as he is pending a transfer to Unit F, the AIDS ward and knowingly infects Seroy with HIV
by consenting to being sodomized
by Seroy. He learns of this only as Robson is being transferred, however. He is transferred to Em City but causes tension with inmate Michael Bresnahan and was pushed out of his pod and fell on his back. He suffers a massive heart attack and later dies.
