The Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong is the head of and the most senior judge
in the Hong Kong judiciary
. The position is second only to the Chief Executive of Hong Kong
in the Hong Kong order of precedence
. The current Chief Justice is Geoffrey Ma
who was formally sworn in as Chief Justice on 3 September 2010 at Government House.
The role replaces the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong
and the role of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council
