The main thrust of Changi Airport Group is to manage and undertake airport operations and operational functions respectively at Singapore Changi Airport. This encompasses Airport Operations and Management, commercial activities and Airport Emergency Services. Changi Airport Group also has, as one of its directives, the goal of investing in foreign airports, besides Singapore Changi Airport.

Corporate Divisions

The corporate structure of Changi Airport Group is split up into 6 main corporate divisions, Air Hub Development, Airport Management, Commercial, Corporate, Finance and Changi Airports International; which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Changi Airport Group, and is responsible for investing in, and managing foreign airports, other than Singapore Changi Airport.

Air Hub Development

Air Hub Development focuses on growing Changi as a global air hub. Its key roles include increasing connectivity by supporting the growth of passenger and cargo airlines, promoting passenger and cargo traffic as well as marketing the Changi Airport brand. In addition, it enhances airline schedule management, pursues joint business development efforts, and develops industry market research capabilities within Changi Airport Group.

Airport Management

Airport Management takes charge of the operational needs of Changi and Seletar airports. It oversees operational management, infrastructural development and maintenance, specialised airport systems and aviation security. It is also responsible for safety management mechanisms, promoting safety awareness and marketing airport facilities to passengers.

Commercial

Commercial drives the strategies for maximising revenue streams to Changi Airport Group. It oversees the functions of retail planning and development, management of shop, restaurant and service concessions, franchise fees, service performance, airport advertising, shopping promotions, land leases, airport charges and management of rentable properties.

Corporate

The Corporate group takes charge of the corporate functions of the Group. It is responsible for corporate communications, information systems and the development of overall company strategy, human resource, legal, subsidiary management, and government & international affairs.

Finance

Finance handles the accounting functions relating to management of revenue, assets and expenditure, as well as financial and management reporting. It is also responsible for managing the daily treasury operations for Changi Airport Group, developing and implementing cost efficient financial strategies, as well as enhancing returns on surplus funds and capital assets.

Changi Airports International (CAI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Changi Airport Group. CAI is both an investor and manager of airports worldwide.
