. The third-largest centre in the district, Castletown has three major tenants along with 105 specialty stores, and is owned by Mcconaghy Properties. Once stage two of the centre opens, It will open an extra 30 stores and two mini majors.

. The expansion also included an extra 40 specialty stores and a 450-seat food court. The expansion opened on 13 June 2007.

Construction commenced in mid 2009 on stage two of the expansion. New elevators, escalators and travelators, as well as major refurbishments of the toilets will be undertaken in the expansion. It is also anticipated that Woolworths will be upgraded. The development is due for completion in 2010, and will take the total number of specialty shops over 135 with the addition of two new mini major stores and Big W.
