. Bulgaria and Russia have separate channels, which are used during the commercial breaks for advertising

, while the main channel at that time shows commercials for the channel. As of September 2010 Cartoon Network has its Bulgarian website and as of October 2010 - its Russian website. Cartoon Network doesn't have its own English site, but uses the Pan-European Cartoon Network's site. On November 26, 2010 the channel changed its look and logo. In March 2011 the channel became 24 hours, but currently it's only available for Russia and the former countries from the Soviet Union, the other countries still have it shared with TCM from 21:00 to 6:00 (CET

Before launch

Before Cartoon Network Russia and Southeastern Europe launched, the Pan-European version was broadcast in these countries from the 1990s until October 1, 2009. It was in English in all countries, except in Russia, where it was in Russian from April 1, 2005.

There have been 5 eras during the time when these countries had this version:
  • Checkerboard era from September 17, 1993 to 1999.
  • Squares (Powerhouse European version) era from 1999 to 2001.
  • Screen era from 2001 to April 21, 2006.
  • City era from April 21, 2006 to April 2009. This era also introduced a new logo.
  • Arrow era from April 2009 to October 1, 2009. The era officially ended on November 26, 2010.

01/10/2009-25/11/2010:Arrow Era

This was Cartoon Network Russia and Southeastern Europe's first era, which was from October 1, 2009 to November 25, 2010. The look featured arrows with random stuff popping-out from the logo and arrows with random stuff creating the logo. When the version launched it had the same shows as the Pan-European version, except for the old and short-lived shows. In November 2009 Best Ed premiered, which was aired on the Pan-European version, in December 2009 Star Wars: The Clone Wars premiered, which also aired on the past version. In January 2010 Batman: The Brave and the Bold premiered, which was the first new show on the version, that hasn't aired on the Pan-European version before. Other new shows premiered during the months, like Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, Total Drama Island, Hero: 108. Total Drama Action was the last new show during this era. The Life and Times of Juniper Lee was the first show to be removed from the schedule, but the show returned shortly after. The last show to be shown during this era was Samurai Jack.

26/11/2010-present:CHECK it Era

This is the version's second era, which is from November 26, 2010 to present. The look features random CGI bumpers, usually with the logo. Also a new logo is introduced. A variation of the original logo is also introduced, but only appeares in some bumpers. The first show during this era was My Gym Partner's a Monkey. The first new show on this version is Angelo Rules.

Laugh Till You Cry

Laugh Till You Cry (in Bulgarian: Смях до сълзи; in Russian: Смейтесь до слез) is a comedy block, which airs Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 EET to 10:15 EET. It started on October 3, 2009.

Cartoon Network Cinema

Cartoon Network Cinema (in Bulgarian: Cartoon Network Кино; in Russian: Cartoon Network Кино) is a movie block, which airs one movie of a Cartoon Network show. The block started on September 18, 2010 and airs Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings.

Cartoon Toon Toon

Cartoon Toon Toon (in Bulgarian: Cartoon Toon Toon; in Russian: Тун-тун, мультики) is a block, which airs two episodes of a random show. It started on November 26 and airs every day.

Christmas in November
