Visual and Performing Arts

Carmel Valley Middle School has a variety music classes.
There are two orchestras, Bobcat (Intermediate) and Chamber (Advanced) and four bands, Bobcat (Beginning), Concert (Beginning/Intermediate), Symphonic (Intermediate), and the Wind Ensemble (advanced). There is also a Jazz Band.

These music classes take part in a variety of events from concerts to competitions.

Many students also participate in art and drama classes ranging from beginning to advanced levels.
