Carlos Desiderio Peucelle (September 13, 1908 – April 1, 1990) was an Argentine
football player that played inside right/wing and is considered one of Argentina's most technical players in their history as well as being the catalyst for starting "La Maquina" with River Plate who went on to dominate football in South America in the 1940s.
