The CF24 district is less affulant and has an average house price of £154,659, the CF24 area mostly covers Central Cardiff but does cover a small area of Cardiff North. Unemployment in Cardiff North is only 2.5% (more than half the rate in the rest of the city) which is amongst the lowest rate of unemployment in Wales.
