Transport

The former GNR line from Cavan to Clones passed to the south of the village and the Trackbed can still be seen. However there was never a station in Butlersbridge. Bus Éireann Expressway Route 30, jointly operated with McGeehan Coaches, serves Butlersbridge. The stops are located on the N3 Bypass.1
