The 45th Infantry Division was a 2nd Line Territorial Army division during the First World War and the Second World War. It was a duplicate of the 43rd (Wessex) Infantry Division.

The division was first formed as the 2nd Wessex Division of the Territorial Force

During World War II, the division was active in Great Britain

 throughout its service. On 1 December 1941 it was placed on a lower establishment and finally disbanded on 30 August 1944. This division did not see active service during the war.
