Brendale is mostly an industrial suburb, although several parks exist within it. It contains a Powerlink 275/110 kV
electrical transmission substation called South Pine Substation, as well as a waste treatment plant.
World titles were held at this track for 1/10 Scale IC in 2006 and 1/5 Scale in 2007. The track has hosted countless Queensland and Australian Titles.
