Bedford Park Boulevard is an express station

The station has three tracks with two island platform
s. At the south end, exit is to the underpass or up-stairs to the Grand Concourse. Tile colors are lawn green with a darker green border, and there is no name tablet.
South of the station, the tracks reverse themselves. The center track (used by the B
train) splits into two, and forms the local tracks for the IND Concourse Line
. The outer tracks at the station (used by the D
train) pass under the two center tracks and merge into one. This single track is the express track for the IND Concourse Line

This station at one time had a full length mezzanine
. This was closed long ago and is now home to a master tower
, which controls the entire line down to 145th Street. There is also an equipment room over the south end of the northbound platform. There is also a short, one-car length platform in the tunnel just north of the southbound platform after a gap of about one or two car lengths. North of the station, the center track widens to two tracks; these lead directly to the Concourse Yard to the west. The outer tracks curve to the east to reach the end of the line at Norwood – 205th Street.
