The title Baron FitzWarin (also spelt Fitz Waryn, FitzWarine,and Fitz-Warine) was a hereditary peerage created by Writ of summons for Fulk V FitzWarine in 1295. His family had been great lords for nearly a century, at least since his grandfather Fulk III had recovered Whittington Castle
