His father is Shri Ram Pyare Dwivedi, and mother is Smt Kamala Dwivedi.
Dr. Dwivedi was born in a ideal Brahmin family. He graduated in Mathematics from Kanpur University

He has started his carrier as a Lecturer of Mathematics in S.N.J.V Inter College, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur, U.P.
Along with the teaching job, he had pursued his studies and obtained both an M.A.(Hindi) and Ph.D.(Hindi).
He is a well-known poet in Hindi.

He is awarded in 1994 for his famous book, Astha Ke Phulon Se. This book contains national songs. Gunj Utha hai vyom is also a book of national songs. Yatharth ki Siharan is a book of Gazals.
