Ayer Keroh is a town situated in the state of Malacca
, Malaysia.
The town is a major tourist spot of the state, apart from the old Malacca Town
, due to its recent hosting of various interesting attractions. The Mini Malaysia and Mini ASEAN Park is situated in the town. The Park has scaled down versions of traditional houses typically found in each of the states of Malaysia as well as those found in the ASEAN region. It is an interesting insight into the culture and lifestyle of traditional Malaysia and ASEAN. Another site of attraction is the Zoo Melaka
. Recently it has started a Night Zoo programme where tourists can observe animals at night, especially viewing the nocturnal animals in action. The Night Zoo is opened on Fridays to Sundays. There is also the Butterfly Park, Crocodile Farm (Taman Buaya) and the World Bees Museum. To sum it all up, Ayer Keroh also has a recreational forest

. Since its inception in 1997, it has produced many fine doctors who are currently serving the needs of their respective countries. It is also the location of the Melaka campus of Multimedia University
(MMU), which was established in 1996 and is the first private university approved by the Government of Malaysia. The Melaka campus houses the Centre for Foundation Studies and Extension Education and three Faculties: Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Information Science and Technology and Faculty of Business and Law.
Here also is the industrial campus of Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). The industrial campus is located at Taman Tasik Utama Industrial site. It houses all temporary faculties (except for Faculty of Electrical; FKE and also Faculty of Electronic and Computer Engineering, FKEKK which at permanent campus at Durian Tunggal, Melaka), and also the chancelorry office. Besides that, Ayer Keroh is also the home of Kolej Yayasan Saad
, a fully residantal school. Hospital Pantai Ayer Keroh, is a private hospital located here. There is also a cinema, MBO, in Ayer Keroh.
