, designed by Chicago based architects Perkins and Will, was revealed in 2008. The 5-star hotel was designed as series of private, beach cabanas that connected, visually, the hotel with the sea across the avenue.
The avenue is also home to the Bain Militaire and the Mövenpick Hotel along with other hotels.
