After the demo was recorded and released, they were signed by Oregon record label Rise Records
in November 2006. They released an album titled "The Arcanum Order" on July 24, 2007. The CD featured three rerecorded versions of demo songs, and was recorded and produced by Joey Sturgis
.
The band began touring in May 2007 on the Rise Records tour. The Devil Wears Prada and Drop Dead Gorgeous were the headliners and Dance Gavin Dance was also featured. Before breaking up At the Throne of Judgment toured with such acts as Whitechapel

They announced on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, that the band was breaking up due to many of the members wanting to pursue college educations.

, and Lets Get It. They are now only a part time band, as the members chose to finish college and pursue other career options. In June 2009, they uploaded a track titled "The Diabolist" to their Myspace page. They added new drummer Keith Murphy to the line-up after the departure of Roger Hensley, who is pursuing his career in graphic design. They played The Summer Slaughter Tour
in 2009 at Bogarts in Cincinnati, Ohio as well as a Halloween show at Rocketown in Nashville, Tennessee with A Plea For Purging. They started working on a new album titled Twilight Kings but after a long period of time without any updates from any of the band members, bassist Adam McKibben posted a bulletin on their Myspace stating that they would not become a band again.
