(1958/59–1960/61) and Real Oviedo
(1963/64–1964/65), and scored 50 La Liga goals.
He later coached Deportivo de La Coruña
on three separate occasions, and during his third spell the club won the 1994–95 Copa del Rey. Iglesias also coached Elche CF
and SD Compostela
, and had a 6 month spell in charge of Real Madrid
in 1996.
As of 2008 he was managing the Galicia autonomous football team with Fernando Vázquez
