History

The company was founded in 2007 under the name 'Arriva PCC' as a joint venture between Polish rail carrier PCC Rail SA and the UK public transport operator Arriva plc. At the end of 2007 the company won the tender to operate all non-electrified passenger lines in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship

. In 2008 Arriva PCC attempted to expand his operations in order to support new routes in other provinces; subsequently in 2009 it won a tender to operate several rail services in the province of Pomerania. In 2010, passenger services operated by Arriva were started in Warmia and Mazury

From 2009 to support the passenger traffic of the railway line No 207, the company began to run weekend trains between Bydgoszcz and Gdańsk Main Station. The holiday season also allows for seasonal connections to tourist destinations and seaside resorts in Pomerania
