The Executive Director is Jeff Masarjian and Deputy Director is Jason Sohigian. ATP works on three major program initiatives: (1) Planting Trees at Urban and Rural Sites; (2) Environmental Education and Advocacy; and (3) Community Development and Poverty Reduction.
The organization has a full-time staff of 80, of whom 75 are employed in Armenia. The Yerevan branch manages three state-of-the-art tree nurseries, two environmental education centers, and partners with families to create tree-based micro-enterprise opportunities.
ATP's mission is to assist the Armenian people in using trees to improve their standard of living and protect the environment, guided by the need to promote self-sufficiency
