Anne of Bohemia also known as Anna of Luxembourg, was a daughter of John of Bohemia and his first wife, Elizabeth of Bohemia. Anne was a member of the House of Luxemburg.

The marriage lasted for eight years. During this time, Anne was still a child and was too young to have children. Anne and Otto had no children, and Anna died aged fifteen. Her husband died months later and was succeeded by his sons from his first marriage to Elisabeth of Bavaria.
