Anas el-Fiqqi is an Egyptian politician.

Anas el-Fiqq became minister of youth in Egypt before switching places with Mamdouh El-Beltagui to become Minister of Information in February 2004.

On January 30, 2011, he was crediting for closing the TV channel offices of Al Jazeera

The same day he resigned from his position as Minister of Information. He is currently being held in custody facing charges of corruption.
