Buses to and from the university operate around the clock from major sites in Mohandissen, Dokki, Haram, haram2, haram 3, Maadi, maadi 2, helwan, Heliopolis, and Nasr City. Exact routes and schedules are announced in the university site.

Statements on Jews

Muataz Fatiha, from Al-Ahram Canadian University stated in report about the Jews of Egypt, which aired on Al-Mihwar TV on October 6, 2009 (as translated by MEMRI) that "[Jews] are known to be misers. They are not clever. Let’s assume that there were only fifty of us. In the morning, I’d be a doctor, and in the evening, I’d teach people to read. But if there were 300 of us – there would be fewer things to do." When asked "why do the Jews control the global economy?" Fatiha responded "because there is a system."
