The story although is based on backdrop of violence is screened with artistic and cinematic touch for which Kannada Industry was once famous for. There is no place for violence, fight scenes but still the film succeeds in bringing the atmosphere of 1986 Bengaluru in 2007 (release date). Under the supervision of thespian artist Girish Karnad
, K.M. Chaitanya ( grandson of Rashtra Kavi G. S. Shivarudrappa
) has directed an off-beat film getting good reviews
with scripts of Sumana and Kalyan reminds G K Venkatesh
(his Guru) in providing soothing music of past decades displayed by fresh faces of Archana and Chetan. Vijay Yesudas(whose vocals are similar to his father Yesudas), and Nanditha are melodious.
