The 2008 Seattle Seahawks
season was the 33rd season for the team in the National Football League
. The Seahawks' streak of four consecutive NFC West
divisional championships was broken, as they fell to a 4-12 record. As he had announced back in January, the 2008 season was the final season for Mike Holmgren
as the team's head coach.
