High school

Attended Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Indiana where he was a 4-year starter on the varsity football team. As a senior, he was voted all-conference for Sagamore and all-state for Indiana. He also holds school records for shot-put. He often travels back to Lebanon, Indiana to talk with the students attending local schools.

College

Attended Purdue University where he was a four-year starter on the defensive line for the Boilermakers. Amassed 131 tackles (89 solo) and 35.5 tackles for losses of 165 yards. Ranks fifth on school’s career sack list with 20.5. All-Big Ten selection by coaches and honorable mention by media as a fifth-year senior. As junior was honorable mention All-Big Ten by coaches and media. Started every game as sophomore. Appeared in all 12 games and started eight freshman year.

Terrill majored in Journalism and has written pieces published in Gold and Black Illustrated and The Spokesman Review.

NFL

Selected with the 24th pick in the sixth round (189th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft.

Eight career blocked field goals ranks first in Seahawks history (tied with Joe Nash).



Music

Craig's music has been described as American Rock. Craig has performed on stage with {Garth Brooks} in Las Vegas and at {The House of Blues} in both Chicago and Orlando. He and sang the National Anthem at a Seahawks playoff game in 2006 and at an Everett Hawks game in 2007. He opened for Seal with Paul Allen's band at Seattle's WAMU Theater on November 3, 2006. Craig also played smaller shows at The Triple Door (Seattle), The Tap House (Seattle), and the Tulalip Cabaret (Marysville, WA).

His music is influenced by Springsteen, Mellencamp, Seeger, Tom Petty, and others.

He has been featured in the Seattle Times, Seattle PI, KING News, FSN, Q It Up Sports, Seahawks.com, and the Everett Harold, Indianapolis Star, Lebanon Reporter, among others

Played in a band in college, The Strangers, with his brother, Jason.

Personal

He and his wife, Rachel, reside in Seattle, Washington where they are on the board of directors for Gloria's Angels. They also support charities including Compassion International, World Vision, Childhaven, Charity:Water, Gilda's Club and Make a Wish. Craig plans to write-in Ron Paul for president in 2008.[2] He was the Grand Marshall of the Lebanon 4 July Parade in 2005.
