The 2004 Chilean telethon was the version number 19 of the solidarity campaign
conducted in Chile
, which took place on December 3 and December 4, 2004, the motto was "They depend on you", and the symbol girl, Catalina Paillamilla. Due to poor planning of the previous year, the foundation determined that this event will make only the beginning of December each year. After almost a little over a month of campaigning, the effect it had on the goal was more than auspicious. The Teatro Teleton event ended with a little over CL$ seven billion, so it was assumed that the goal was already achieved a small step. As expected, the goal was achieved with a final recovery of $ 11.403.914.256 (computing delivered publicly in Chile's National Stadium at 01:23 on December 5).
