The foundation currently has more 3.1 million electronic and print media. The ZLB belongs to the Verbund Öffentlicher Bibliotheken Berlins and Kooperativer Bibliotheksverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (KOBV). Their partner libraries are the Centre Georges Pompidou
