On January 8, 2009 Yppah announced that his new album "They Know What Ghost Know" was to be released on May 18, 2009, in the UK, Japan and Australia. U.S. street date was set for June 23. Released to positive reviews, the album has a more pronounced shoegaze and psychedelic sound with "lush" instrumentation.
