Yair Lapid (born November 5, 1963) is an Israeli journalist, author, TV presenter, and news anchor.

He is the son of politician Yosef (Tomy) Lapid

In 2005, he was voted the 36th-greatest Israeli of all time, in a poll by the Israeli news website Ynet
