Wichita Falls High School or WFHS is a public school in Wichita Falls

). It is part of the Wichita Falls Independent School District
and is one of the district's three high schools.
Located at 2149 Avenue H, the school serves students in grades nine through twelve.
The high school's mascot is the coyote.
As the original high school in the city, Wichita Falls High is locally known as "Old High" or also, "THE High School," to some of its fans. The school was originally founded in 1891. The current building was built in 1923 and is a state historic landmark.
There is also a long-standing rivalry with fellow High School S.H. Rider that has been continuing since Rider was built in the 1960s.

The WFISD also awarded Wichita Falls High School with an award for the district's highest GPA, every year from 1991-2002, when the award was discontinued.

(1947-61), and Donnell Crosslin (1965-79), the Wichita Falls Coyotes made the state finals ten times between 1937 and 1971, while winning six times.
As of the 2007-08 football season, the WFHS Coyotes have won eight Quarterfinal Championships, fifteen Regional Championships, eighteen Area Championships, nineteen Bi-District Championships, and thirty-six District Championships since 1923.
In September 2007, Texas Monthly Magazine named WFHS as the top high school football program in state history.
WFHS also holds the title of having the most appearances at playoffs, second only to Highland Park.
