The foundation also provides sheltered accommodation and nursing care through The Whitgift Almshouses (officially named the Hospital of Holy Trinity) and through Whitgift House and Wilhelmina House.

The foundation is a major property owner in Croydon including the freehold of Croham Hurst golf course and the freehold and 25% of the rental income of the Whitgift Centre
