The terminal is composed of three islands containing 4 to 6 bus bays each. Brampton Transit buses stop at the southerly three bays of the terminal, while the TTC buses stop at one of the bus bays in the middle platform. MiWay buses occupy the 12 remaining bus bays, either for layover, for dropping off, or for loading.

MiWay tickets and passes can be bought at Shoppers Drug Mart or at Malton Community Information Services, both located inside of Westwood Mall. Brampton Transit tickets can also be bought at both locations, but Brampton Transit passes are only available at the latter. MiWay tickets and passes can also be bought at the Malton Community Centre, located near the terminal.
