Westminster places a high value on the academic achievement of its students. In 2007, 78% of the school's Latin language students were awarded gold medals for their national exam scores. The school was the only institution in the state of Georgia to have more than one student place in the top ten scores on the exam. Athletics
The Westminster boy's soccer team is one of the most dominant in its state classification, having won four state championships as of 2008. Along with these state championships, they have also won 14 regional championships. Now ranked 14 in region. The ladies soccer team has won 8 regional championships. In 2006, the girls team lost the state championship in the finals.
