Watertown does not provide any scheduled international passenger flights, but is available as an international port of entry for private aircraft on two hours advance notice to customs from pilots.

records, the airport had 3,728 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year
2004 and 4,612 enplanements in 2005. According to the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2007–2011, Watertown is classified as commercial service - non-primary because it has between 2,500 and 10,000 passenger boardings per year.
