Warren Consolidated School District is a public school district serving the cities of Warren
, Sterling Heights
and Troy
, Michigan
. It operates 25 schools including two specialized partial-day high schools that draw from the other schools within the district. Warren Consolidated has about 15,000 students. The district was led by Superintendent James Clor from 1999 until November 2007. Dr. Robert Livernois took over as superintendent in April 2008 after leaving his former district and district neighbor, Warren Woods School District.
When the P-chassis was discontinued for School Bus use, the school district switched to buying 54 passenger transit school buses, first the 54 passenger versions of the Blue Bird All American with the Caterpillar

Safe-T-Liner Front Engine, and again; the 54 passenger versions of the Blue Bird All American with the Cummins ISB. However, several of the P-chassis {Blue Bird Mini Bird} are still in service as spares with most to be auctioned off in the distant future, with only a handful still in regular service, in this case, the 1999 model year. Also, however, the school district did purchase 1 Blue Bird TC/2000 that was a 54 passenger transit in 1993 when the P-chassis was still being made for School Bus use, but that bus has since been auctioned off. The remainder of the TC/2000s the school district ever purchased, as well as the Superior
Conventionals that the school district purchased in the 1970s, were wheelchair buses. For the first time since the 1970s, in 2010; Conventional school buses were purchased; Blue Bird Visions.
Throughout the years, Warren Consolidated Schools, have been buying at least 10 Blue Bird school bus a year.
The school district also has the Pre Primary Impaired {PPI} special education preschool program, which has recently been renamed the Early Educational Child Development {EECD} program.
The school district also operates the Career Prep Center and the Macomb Mathematics Science Technology Center
, both of which draw students from other districts.
