The main attraction is the Orsini Imperiali Ungaro Castle (Ducal palace). It was built by the Orsini del Balzo in medieval times but it was already in ruins in the 15th century. In the 17th century the Imperiali bought it and turned it into a fortress, and later was further expanded by the Ungaro.
