The renovated center will ultimately have 1 million square feet of retail and entertainment space. Summer 2010, an interactive water feature was installed in the Plaza area and a new I-215 frontage road will be completed this fall, with two east-side Mall access points.
Valley Fair Mall has immediate lease-up opportunities with spaces ranging from 800 square feet to upwards of 55,000 square feet. In addition, the plan will reposition the center with a new tenant mix, junior anchors and additional freestanding buildings to create a “town center” feel.
