In addition, he is co-founder and initiator of the Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching e. V. (DBVC) along with Christopher Rauen. From 2004 to 2006 he was Chairman of the DBVC. Moreover, he is member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
