Every year, Stage 1 students come up with a charter for the school- a document that defines their values and expectations to be able to relate well to fellow students, teachers as well as celebrate University Senior College's changing face as a multicultural school. In particular, Chinese New Year has always been celebrated with many locals also getting involved.

Scholarships
University Senior College offers limited scholarships for students entering Year 11, ranging in value from 25% to 100% remission of tuition fees.
