in Janesville. He began skating in 1994 when a friend of his father's took him skating in lieu of playing hockey
. He considers his greatest accomplishment to be winning gold medal in 500m at 2003 World Junior Championships. Tucker cites his parents as his strongest influence, along with everyone he has skated with.
