Stirling Addison returned to Triple J on Sunday evenings to host a new series of Restoring the Balance. As Schiller was still contracted to Nova 919, his place was taken by Richard Marsland playing the role of Family First member Spencer Penrose . Sunday Night Safran, the timeslot's regular show was put on hiatus while John Safran
travelled to America. In character, Stirling insisted that this change was instead approved by the ABC board due to the current segment being "too Semitic", and displaying "a lack of traditional right-wing values".
Following Sunday Night Safran's return, Moclair continued to record minute long pieces of Stirling Addison espousing his right wings views of the week's events for Hack
and for podcast.

Moclair did not appear on air as himself but rather as one of many regular characters such as Tom Cruise, Colin the Taxi Driver and Clem, the show's oldest listener. In addition to this, Moclair wrote sketches for the show. Moclair and Mike Fitzpatrick (broadcaster)
presented breakfast replacing Pete and Myf. Moclair left The Hot Breakfast in June 2010.
