The Thomas brothers, (also known as Da Spokesman and Don’t Talk Much) grew up in the Oswald Harris Court Projects. The brothers graduated from Charlotte Amalie High School

On October 26, Rock city produced their new 23 song mixtape "No Off Days".
On November 4 Rock city put a video on their website previewing video clips of 3 songs from their album
