On June 15, 2010, the group announced their leave from KonLive

. The reason for the departure was due to the label not helping the duo get their debut album out soon enough (which was originally scheduled for 2008 release). Although, says the duo, they still will remain friendly with their former labelmates and are venturing onto their own label, Rebelution.
On October 26, Rock city produced their new 23 song mixtape "No Off Days".
On November 4 Rock city put a video on their website previewing video clips of 3 songs from their album
No Off Days. On the same day Rock City announced that they are working a new reggae
mixtape which will be called "Struggles and Love songs".
In 2011 the Thomas Brothers split with Akon and Konvicted, and started with their own Label "Rebelution" and will release their first studio album "Free At Last" in, 2011.
