Guvernment Complex

The Guvernment Complex is made up of nine rooms that can play a variety of different music on a given night, with a total capacity of 10,000 people. The Main Room is approximately 22000 sq ft (2,043.9 m²). and has a capacity of 1600 people.

The Kool Haus (formerly the Warehouse) is approximately 27000 sq ft (2,508.4 m²). and has a capacity of approximately 2,500 people.

The Drink, D'Luxe Lounge, The Orange Room, Tanja, Skybar, Patio and the Gallery are smaller rooms with a capacity ranging from 100-300 people each.

Types of events

Although the complex is known to the concert industry for the Kool Haus concert room and the club industry for the Guvernment club rooms, the complex is known for hosting many corporate events, event nights for the annual Toronto fashion shows and more.
