Segment show had added to the show like Rocman and Punk, the Alaskanator, a segment like iPOD or intellectual Process of Deuction which notably known on its current event the shows current director is Bahjo Cabauatan, also has his segment thanking the shows sponsors.
After the interview, Alejar introduces an up-and-coming band to end the show.

The program originally broadcast on RJTV as Jojo A. All The Way in 2005 but the following year, at the height of his resurgence, his show was renamed The Medyo Late Nite Show with Jojo A. All The Way (English: "The Quite Late Night Show...") before moving to Q in 2007.. Presently on ABC TV5 Kapatid Network Monday to Friday as The Medyo Late Night Show w/ JojoA ... enjoying very good ratings and audience share..The program later moved to Q on October 8, 2007. in search for gain of ratings.

Format
As is with American late night TV programs, the show begins with a monologue by Alejar. Alejar then introduces the house band as proceeds to his desk. After that are the different skits such as "Words of Wisdom". He then introduces his guest and conducts an interview. He also has a segment called Anak ng Photo.After the interview, Alejar introduces an up-and-coming band to end the show.
