The Commons is less than a mile from the new location of Blue Ridge Community College. It is also located 2.5 miles from Macy's new 1.3 million square foot fulfillment center at the Cumbo Yard industrial park which will add approximately 1,200 full- and part-time employees as well as an additional 700 temporary seasonal associates.
