Temple Emanuel's membership has been growing in recent years, and currently stands at just over 200 families. Since 1996, the congregation has been led by Rabbi

in 1988 and served thereafter at Rockdale Temple
in Cincinnati and Temple Israel in Westport, Connecticut
. The Temple does not currently employ a cantor
, but instead makes use of a cantorial soloist and, once a month, a choral group known as the Chailites.
